Contract Duration: This is a one-year fixed-term rental agreement. However, if you apply for termination at least one month before your desired move-out date, you can move out even within the contract period. Therefore, the minimum stay is one month.

*Fixed-term rental contracts do not require renewal, and the contract will terminate at the end of the term. If you wish to renew the contract, a re-examination is required. There is no penalty for staying one month.

Required Documents: You need to submit a photo ID (driver's license, ID card) and emergency contact information. *Foreign citizens must present a passport with a sufficient validity period. If you already have a residence card, please present it as well.
