Centro Court is a cheap student accommodation in Aberdeen offering 56 Studio rooms for students who prefer to live alone. These rooms combine different features and are equipped with basic furniture and domestic appliances to help students quickly settle into their new surroundings. The building also has in-house facilities such as a lift, laundry and bike storage. The flats are ideally located in the heart of Aberdeen city centre, surrounded by a vibrant business district close to supermarkets, dining venues, local bars and mixed attractions. Students are just a short walk to North East Scotland College or a quick bus ride to the University of Aberdeen.

 

Features

Centro Court Aberdeen has only 56 rooms, but all are Studio rooms for students who like to live alone. This type of room combines the features of a bedroom, kitchen and study in one room, and with a separate bathroom, students can take care of all of their living issues from the comfort of their room. The rooms are provided with double beds, tables, chairs, bookshelves, wardrobes and other furniture to give the students a comfortable and convenient living space. The kitchen area is also equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, cooker and oven.

 

Centro Court student accommodation has a wealth of in-house facilities for the comfort and convenience of students. With a lift inside the flats, students can easily access various locations within the building. The laundry room is equipped with modern laundry facilities so that all can relax or have fun without worrying about washing tasks. In addition, secure bike storage facilities are provided inside to keep the property safe for bike enthusiasts.

 

Location and What's Hot? 

Centro Court student housing is located within Aberdeen city centre, surrounded by a lively business district. Students can easily find a variety of supermarkets. Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Londis are all good choices for daily necessities, while Spice of Asia offers a wide range of Asian goods. For those who don't have time to cook, there's also the Chop Grill or Tony Macaroni Aberdeen for delicious food or The Pig's Wings for a locally acclaimed menu. After a long day of studying, traditional local pubs such as the Northern Bar, Mither Tap and Coopers Bar are the perfect place to unwind.

Just a 14-minute bus ride away, the University of Aberdeen is easily accessible, ensuring that students can arrive in time for lectures and seminars. In addition, North East Scotland College is just a few minutes' walk away. Robert Gordon University is further away, a 32-minute bus journey. Finally, Aberdeen train station is only 13 minutes away by bus, making it easy for students to travel to other cities.

 

Security & Services

Centro Court has installed a video surveillance system throughout the flats to ensure nothing suspicious is missed. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the building, and students can upgrade for a fee depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

No Place No Pay

If You Don't Get a Place at University:
*Applicable to first-year prospective undergraduate student
If you're a first-year prospective undergraduate student and your offer at your preferred higher education institute is withdrawn, Accommodation Supplier may be able to release you from your tenancy agreement if:
· You find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the rest of your tenancy. This person must: be at least 18 years old and enrolled as a full-time student in a university close to the accommodation; enter into a tenancy agreement with us and pay all sums due within it; and provide a guarantor where reasonable, who must accept the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement; and
· you provide a written rejection letter from your chosen higher education institute; and
· you provide a copy of the acceptance letter from your new higher education institute.

Details

Cancellation Policy

Where Accommodation Supplier accept your booking request, Accommodation Supplier will send you an offer of accommodation. You will need to accept the offer of accommodation online to confirm the booking. Accommodation Supplier reserve the right to withdraw an offer of accommodation at any time before it is accepted by you on the website. Please note that Accommodation Supplier's offer of accommodation shall automatically lapse if you do not confirm the booking within 10 days of receipt.

You can accept our offer of accommodation and confirm the booking by:
·logging into your account on the website
·providing details of your guarantor (if applicable);
·providing ID documentation and any further information which Accommodation Supplier may request from you; and reading through and signing your tenancy agreement.

Your booking will be confirmed and the contract to supply the accommodation created when you sign your tenancy agreement. You acknowledge and agree that once you have signed the tenancy agreement you will have no right to cancel the contract, and shall be liable to pay the full rent and any related fees relating to the accommodation for the duration of the tenancy.

Cancellation After You've Moved in:
If for any reason you decide to leave during your contracted term, Accommodation Supplier might be able to release you from your tenancy agreement. But only if these conditions are met:
· You agree not to transfer or sublet the tenancy to anyone else without our written consent, as in point 7.1(n) of the tenancy agreement.
· You find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the rest of your tenancy. This person must: be at least 18 years old and enrolled as a full-time student in a university close to the accommodation; enter into a tenancy agreement with us and pay all sums due within it; and provide a guarantor where reasonable, who must accept the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement.
· You pay a £50 administration fee. Accommodation Supplier can't refund you until the student replacing you has taken over your room's contract, signed the tenancy agreement, paid, and moved in. If you can't find someone to take over your tenancy, you'll be responsible for paying the full rent until the end of your tenancy agreement.

If You Don't Get a Place at University:

· You find a suitable replacement to take a new tenancy agreement for the rest of your tenancy. This person must: be at least 18 years old and enrolled as a full-time student in a university close to the accommodation; enter into a tenancy agreement with us and pay all sums due within it; and provide a guarantor where reasonable, who must accept the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement; and
· you provide a written rejection letter from your chosen higher education institute; and
· you provide a copy of the acceptance letter from your new higher education institute.
