Is it possible to rent out the whole building?
within reason and as the case may be. The apartment once hosted a large number of students, who almost occupied the entire apartment building. But beware, don't throw crazy parties!
Is there a limit on bills?
We do not limit the use of any natural gas or electricity usage, and residents have free access to hot water, heating, washer/dryer.
What should I do if the facility is damaged?
We have a helpful maintenance team on-site who are on call 24 hours a day. Residents can report any issues via text, phone or email.
What if I want to leave everything for the summer?
Residents can move from one year to the next during the contract period without having to move out in between.
Is there room to store bicycles?
Don't leave bikes in rooms or stairwells, it can be a fire hazard (restricts access) and often causes cosmetic damage to the building, so there are usually secure, locked bike storage in the courtyard of apartments.
How do I move in?
Before check-in, the apartment will inform the address of the residence and the exact check-in procedure, and briefly explain some precautions and all information about safety. The apartment is always on hand to help, and can even help you move your luggage to your new home!
What if I move in and don't like my roommate?
Talk to the staff on site at the apartment and they will do everything they can to move you to another room.
