Features

Caledon Court offers a wide selection of student room types, with 6 En-suite rooms and 4 Studio rooms. The En-suite is the most common room type, offering a basic level of privacy with a balance of convenience. The bedrooms have bathrooms, while the communal kitchen and living room provide a tremendous socialising environment. The Studio rooms are a favourite amongst solitaries, with the room itself being a fully self-contained living space containing a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are furnished with small double beds, tables, chairs, bookcases and other furniture. The kitchen area also provides appliances such as an oven, fridge, microwave, and hob to ensure students have an essential quality of life.

As well as comfortable bedrooms, Caledon Court also offers spacious communal areas. Students can relax and entertain themselves in the big and cosy lounge. The quiet study room gives students a quiet space to revise before exams. A Vending Machine and a Laundry Room are available to help students with all aspects of their lives.

Caledon Court FAQs

How can I find out who I am living with?

For privacy reasons, we will not disclose the names of residents, but you can learn about who you will be living with through the resident group shared before check-in, or you can ask your dorm team for some information, such as gender, year, and school.

When can I move in?

About two months before your selected check-in date, you can schedule a move-in time that suits you. If you have special accessibility requirements or travel issues, please let us know at this time. If you need to check in early, we can help arrange that as well; just contact your residence team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask that you pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first rental payment. You could say it's like a little gift for yourself, and by September, you'll appreciate its convenience!
