Caledon Court is a cheap student accommodation in Aberdeen, just across the road from Robert Gordon University. There are En-suite and Studio rooms available. En-suite rooms are single rooms with small double beds, private bathrooms, study desks and chairs, communal kitchens for 5-7 people with microwaves, ovens and fridges, and living rooms with TVs. Studio rooms have an open-plan mini-kitchen, so you can cook in your own room without having to share it with anyone else. The flat hosts a wide range of events and activities to create opportunities for you to meet more interesting people. There is a friendly and attentive service team to help you at any time.
Features
Caledon Court offers a wide selection of student room types, with 6 En-suite rooms and 4 Studio rooms. The En-suite is the most common room type, offering a basic level of privacy with a balance of convenience. The bedrooms have bathrooms, while the communal kitchen and living room provide a tremendous socialising environment. The Studio rooms are a favourite amongst solitaries, with the room itself being a fully self-contained living space containing a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are furnished with small double beds, tables, chairs, bookcases and other furniture. The kitchen area also provides appliances such as an oven, fridge, microwave, and hob to ensure students have an essential quality of life.
As well as comfortable bedrooms, Caledon Court also offers spacious communal areas. Students can relax and entertain themselves in the big and cosy lounge. The quiet study room gives students a quiet space to revise before exams. A Vending Machine and a Laundry Room are available to help students with all aspects of their lives.
Location and What's Hot?
Caledon Court is located on Auchinyell Rd, 10 minutes by bus from Sainsbury's and Asda supermarkets, and there is also a Londis convenience store around the corner for emergencies. The Tapestry Restaurant and The Conservatory provide delicious food when students don't like cooking.

To the west, there is the Deeside Way hiking area and the Inchgarth Scottish Water Park, which offers views of beautiful lakes and historic sites. To the east is the Goals Aberdeen sports area, which is excellent for playing football. As well as Jump In Adventure Parks, offering a diverse range of recreational facilities.

Can I cancel after making a reservation?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days after signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in, you can cancel. If you go beyond the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel in certain situations, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the admission requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or the visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification review. Once confirmed as eligible, they can take over your lease.
