Pretty good, no major complaints, just that the heating is not very effective, and it's quite cold in winter.

Facilities like the gym are actually very small, more like a facade. It feels like there are some issues with the hallway design; it could connect with other unit types. Occasionally, other people might barge into our dorm, which feels quite oppressive. The front desk service is pretty good, the soundproofing in the rooms is decent, and the kitchen facilities are also very usable. The heating, however, doesn’t work very well; it automatically shuts off when it's quite cold. The windows facing outside make the room quite hot in the summer. The most important thing is still to find suitable roommates; unless you’re not picky, it can be really uncomfortable if cleaning is not done, so I suggest living in a studio.
