The facility is new, and the transportation around is convenient.
The apartment service is very efficient, and the internet speed is super fast.
It's just that summer is too hot, the internet is good, and everything around is very convenient.
Originally booked a studio but later changed to a one-bedroom apartment. The space has increased considerably, and living here is quite comfortable. It’s very convenient to go to the shopping mall, Chinatown, and bars, as it's in the city center. However, sometimes the alarm bells go off, and some people at the front desk are very good while others are quite inefficient.
The rooms on the 6th floor are generally quite new. The weather in summer can be very hot, and the internet speed is rather average.

People often lose things, and the front desk service attitude is very poor.
The front desk is really terrible! They just barge into the room without even knocking. Do not book this place! A lesson learned the hard way! Many people have lost money. Spending money to suffer!!
Jordan Boughy at the apartment front desk brazenly brought his boyfriend into the rooms of Chinese international students, using forged documents to enter the rooms for ****, with amounts reaching up to £2000. Complaints to the apartment management received no response; Jordan was allowed to take two weeks off to evade responsibility. The most outrageous part is that after entering the room, front desk Jordan casually spat out chewing gum inside the student's room!
I sincerely advise everyone not to spend money to suffer; all of the above are real situations!
Here, there is not only no comfort to speak of, but even the most basic safety is not guaranteed, and it can even be said that there is ****!

How to pay rent?
Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. Is an installment purchase possible?
