The location and basic configuration of Birmingham IQ Apartments are acceptable, but there are many drawbacks to the入住体验. In the initial stages of入住, there was a mistake in booking the wrong room, the ventilation in the room is very poor, and the kitchen window cannot be opened, making it extremely stuffy over time. Previously, the staff promised to address the issue of roommates smoking, even stating that repeated offenses would result in eviction, but after giving feedback, I was only asked to communicate on my own, and the promises were not fulfilled. The issues remain unresolved, and the overall service is perfunctory, with a mediocre experience.
The room is quite clean. However, the door lock doesn't work, so I can't lock the door. The mailbox doesn't have a key, and I can only use my hands to force it open.

There’s a small supermarket next door, a few steps to the right there's a Tesco, and a short walk to the left takes you to a Morrison. It's only two to three bus stops to the city center, and there's also a Yonghui supermarket nearby! Love it love it 💗

Helpful, fast service and friendly advisors. Lyana was very helpful and gave me the relevant options based on the rooms I was interested in and gave me all the necessary links to book my room.
