In addition, the University railway station is just 8 minutes by bus from the flats, and you can travel to other cities in the UK.

Cancellation Policy
·Any student has until the 31st March to cancel without penalty.

·Any student booking after the 31st March will have a 2 week cooling off period, where they can cancel without penalty.
If students cancel between the 1st April and 31st July, Accommodation Supplier will release them but they may loose their deposit.
If student book and cancel in August or September, they will only be released if Accommodation Supplier re-book the room, if Accommodation Supplier do, they will only loose £50 cancelation fee.

When is the due date for rent payment?

The student's apartment account has a deadline for paying rent. And it will be marked on the contract of the students. It is recommended that students download a PDF version when confirming the contract and save it for themselves!

How to pay rent?

Students can log in to their apartment accounts, and pay rent online by swiping their visa or master credit cards. At the same time, you can also remit foreign exchange to the apartment offline
