Overall stay experience is rated 8 out of 10. The room is fairly spacious and the layout is reasonable, but the promised cleaning every two weeks basically didn't happen. In one year of staying, it was cleaned only twice in total.
Very good, highly recommended to stay.
Kitchen utensils are provided except for knives. If you don't prepare bed linens in advance, the apartment will also provide them, but the quality is generally just okay. The surrounding environment is very quiet.
Having a washing machine is a plus, and there's a 24-hour front desk.

The worst student apartment in all of the UK! Poor soundproofing! The front desk service is terrible! Delayed move-in for two months, and there are still no curtains after moving in. The fire alarm goes off automatically for no reason! The description of the apartment is seriously misleading compared to reality! Don't even live here if they pay you!!!
