The large rooms range from 28 square to 35 square metres, providing students with a comfortable living experience. The flats have basic amenities such as an induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, TV, towels, iron, kettle, hangers, kitchen utensils, etc. The flats are also equipped with a separate washing machine, which is very convenient and hygienic.

The communal areas of Beechenhurst House are small compared to the rooms where students live. However, there is also a cosy and welcoming lounge, which provides a space for students to interact with each other. And the Game Room even provides the option to relax and have fun with friends.

Beechenhurst House is located on the south side of the University of Birmingham, 15 minutes by bus from Selly Oak Shopping Park. Sainsbury's is also located here and is a great place to shop for groceries. Transport

Beechenhurst House is situated opposite the University of Birmingham and is within a 10-minute walk of the campus grounds. Aston University, Birmingham Metropolitan College Matthew Boulton Campus, and Birmingham City University are all further away and take 27 minutes to reach by public transport. Newman University and University College Birmingham are about 14 minutes away by car. It is a 12-minute bus journey to Selly Oak train station for other cities.

In addition, the accommodation is equipped with its independent equipment maintenance team.
