The house is very big! The bed is also big! You can roll around without worrying about falling off! There are many activity rooms, and the kitchen has a dishwasher!!!! The ensuite refrigerator is also very large and has two stoves! Every month, someone helps organize the kitchen. I have never encountered theft in the apartment, and the reception has a Chinese-speaking front desk, with staff who are super friendly (I love Sid)! True is really the top choice in Birmingham!
The location is very convenient, right in the city center, with a supermarket downstairs and Chinatown across the street. The apartment also organizes many activities regularly, and I am very satisfied with the overall color scheme of the room.

The apartment location is very good, close to the city center, with Chinatown right next door. The transportation is convenient, the apartment environment is clean and hygienic, and the staff are friendly.
The room environment is very good, with complete surrounding facilities, making shopping very convenient and transportation also very easy. The apartment services are on point with a good attitude. Susan's service attitude is particularly good; when I forgot to take my key, she helped me open the door, and she was very enthusiastic when I picked up my package. Any issues in the room were promptly addressed by her.
The room is new, fully equipped, and the bathroom is spacious. The apartment often holds events that you can sign up for, and they are quite interesting. Repairs are also fairly timely, usually resolved within a week of reporting.
The air is fresh, the environment is beautiful, and the geographical location is very advantageous, less than 10 minutes from the train station, and less than half an hour's drive from the University of Birmingham. There is a great China supermarket downstairs.
True in Birmingham is also a well-equipped student apartment with attentive service. It has printers, a 24-hour front desk, various activities, a gym, monthly cleaning, and in short, it's much better than the place I lived in during my undergraduate studies. I should highlight the front desk of True, which is very friendly and efficient, handling parcel collection and assisting with room maintenance, and the internet is pretty good. However, the only downside is its location in Chinatown, which can be a bit noisy at night.
The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable with adequate facilities. It has basic amenities such as an oven and heating. The range hood is also very useful. The public areas are spacious with multiple functional zones. Highly recommended!!!
