Full Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process The student would need to email their cancellation to the building manager of the apartment that they have applied for. Cancellation Policy The booking can be canceled as long as the tenancy has not started. The student will be refunded any rent and deposit that they have paid, but the initial reservation deposit is not refundable. Once the tenancy has started, they are not able to cancel as they will be signing a fixed term contract.
