Since moving in on September 9, I may have only stayed for two days. For most of the time, I have had to stay at a friend's place. The apartment has a strong odor, leaks, and the carpet is moldy. As soon as you enter, there's a musty smell that hits you. I don't know if it's because I've inhaled too much mold, but I have been coughing. I applied for a carpet replacement a long time ago, and every time I go, the receptionists are indeed courteous and have been processing it, but the progress is too slow. Honestly, the rent for these two weeks feels like a waste. It still hasn't been resolved. Out of the six people in the apartment, the three who started with me have already moved out after seeing the conditions here. I suggest that you either avoid saving money on accommodation or directly look for a house.

I do not recommend renting apartments that require a deposit; you will definitely lose some money after you terminate the lease and the full amount will not be refunded. My friend and I cleaned everything very well before moving out, but in the end, we still had £50 deducted for cleaning fees. Moreover, during my inquiry about why the full deposit was not refunded, the other party's attitude was quite unfriendly. Everyone should think carefully.
