The house facilities are complete, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and induction cooker. The toilet is normally usable and does not have any odor. The public area is very large, with a free gym that is very new. The elevator has never had any issues, and there are two of them. Building C is quiet inside and usually does not have much noise. The reception handles issues conveniently and quickly. There haven't been any problems with the delivery, and there are delivery lockers and a delivery room. The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to China Town.
The room is fully equipped with internet upon check-in. The location is pretty good, and the layout of the house is reasonable. The bus station right downstairs provides direct access to the school. The elevator runs smoothly without long waits, and the bathroom is clean with no odor. Daily living here is very worry-free, making it very suitable for international students commuting.
It was quite nice, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It's very close to the city center, and it's also convenient to get to China Town, with secure access control. I have never had any issues with the facilities. I really like this apartment, and there are quite a few Chinese people here.
