The location of this apartment is very convenient; it is particularly close to the school, just a few minutes' walk away, which eliminates commuting time and makes it very suitable for students. The surrounding environment is quiet, and daily living facilities are complete, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance, making daily life very convenient. The apartment itself is clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities, and the rooms are spacious and bright, making it very comfortable to live in. The landlord/management team is also very friendly, communication is smooth, and any problems can be resolved promptly. Overall, this is an ideal choice for studying and living, highly recommended!

It would be even better if there were a range hood. There are Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Marks & Spencer nearby, which are a 10-15 minute walk away. The sound insulation in the apartment is pretty good.
