The common areas have a PS, billiards, and table tennis to play, as well as many board games. The front desk provides free hot water and coffee every day.
The apartment is okay and has an excellent location, with a bus stop right downstairs and close to both the city center and the school. The downside is that it is next to a main road, so it can be quite noisy. The front desk service is acceptable, the basic facilities inside the room are complete, and overall, the value for money is decent.
Facilities: Complete, with everything you need, including an elevator, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and iron. There is also a shared laundry room.
Internet speed: Pretty fast, though it occasionally cuts out, usually late at night.
Soundproofing: Average; the walls between rooms are hollow.
Cleanliness: Good.
Location: Pretty good. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there is a direct bus to the school’s south gate.

The surveillance is widespread and clear, the community greenery is good, and many activities are held every month to engage students. The living environment is very comfortable and clean, providing a great experience.
