Facilities: Complete, with everything you need, including an elevator, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and iron. There is also a shared laundry room. Internet speed: Pretty fast, though it occasionally cuts out, usually late at night. Soundproofing: Average; the walls between rooms are hollow. Cleanliness: Good. Location: Pretty good. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there is a direct bus to the school’s south gate.
The front desk staff of the apartment are very responsible and friendly, the security measures are very safe with many anti-theft doors and access controls. The surveillance is widespread and clear, the community greenery is good, and many activities are held every month to engage students. The living environment is very comfortable and clean, providing a great experience.
Great. The staff on this platform are warm, helpful, and very reliable. Transportation downstairs is convenient, and the location is suitable—not too close or too far from anywhere. It also offers good value for money and is worth recommending. The front desk responds quickly to repairs of equipment in public areas, and the facilities are fairly complete.

I am very happy to have rented bv through Yixiang Haoju.<br>I had previously looked at quite a few apartments, like Selly Oak and House, but ultimately chose bv because it has fewer people in the suites and the accommodation experience is very pleasant.<br>This apartment has been newly renovated, the price is very favorable, all kinds of equipment are also very new, plus there is a self-study room, and air conditioning is available.<br>This apartment's water, electricity, internet, and heating costs are all free, and the rent is also very favorable, making it very cost-effective.
