Gob Brighton Residence is all En-suite rooms (en-suite bathroom, shared kitchen). Each room is equipped with a range of amenities to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms have double beds, study areas, bedside tables and large wardrobes. The shared kitchen has a hob, cooker hood, dining table/chairs, fridge, oven, and microwave where you can cook a meal together and with friends. The standard recreation room with comfy sofas, piano, pool table, outdoor area, lounge and rooftop terrace are great places to relax, and you can finish your coursework in our study area. Dormitory rent includes all expenses such as high-speed WIFI, water, electricity and heating.

Gob Brighton Residence is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kemptown, surrounded by supermarkets, banks and cafes. Abyssinia is just down the road, and there are good restaurants nearby. Sainsbury's and ALDI are both 5 minutes walk away, making it easy for students to do their daily shopping. The WUTAN Brighton gym is a 10-minute walk from the halls of residence and is a must for those who like to work out. The Imperial Arcade shopping centre is also close to the flats, with designer shops and chain restaurants, making it the perfect place for students to shop daily.
