One aspect that makes Apollo House such a popular choice with students in Coventry is the collection of generous sized rooms, all fitted and kitted out to meet your everyday living and working needs.

In terms of maintenance, all of Apollo House’s kitchens, shower rooms, toilets and common living areas are cleaned daily from Monday to Friday. We also have a fabulous new common room area, complete with a 65” HDTV and a pool table.

Maximum safety is ensured with CCTV installed throughout the Apollo House building and helpful security staff on duty seven nights a week. Additionally, only residents and staff carrying a security key fob can access the building. Each apartment has its own additional door entry system for extra security.

For those planning their weekly budget, you should know all utilities, gas, electric and water bills are included within your rent! We have our own dedicated leased line providing super-fast Wi-Fi internet throughout Apollo House and FREE of charge, perfect for streaming. Your rent also includes personal contents insurance from student specialists Endsleigh.

All of our kitchens are fully fitted and include an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Our new laundry room, next to the ground floor common room, is open 24/7. There are private secure cycle spots available to residents, located just outside near the main entrance.
