How to pay rent?
Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click panyment to view the interface, you can check the rent payment deadline and pay the rent online with Visa/Master card, please pay the rent before the due date. Please note that the type of payment card must be one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, please ensure that there is sufficient credit, fill in the account information accurately, and the bank opens and supports this payment behavior. Payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. Bank remittance: Please contact the apartment to obtain the receiving account information under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank. Please note your name and ID to facilitate the identification of the apartment, and the wire transfer will take several working days to arrive, so you need to arrange payment in advance. 3. Payment by phone: call the apartment and provide account information to complete the payment. 4. On-site payment: Students who have arrived at the local area before the rent payment deadline can choose to pay on the spot at the front desk of the apartment.

Since the Flexible Booking Policy is reviewed and decided by the apartment case by case, there is no strict uniform standard. Please confirm your revised payment amount and payment deadline with the apartment separately after you successfully apply for the Flexible Booking Policy.
How to pay the deposit? Will there be a refund?
The deposit will be open for payment 10 days before the start of the contract. Since the standards of each apartment building are different, the amount of the deposit and whether it needs to be paid will vary. Please log in to your payment interface to check whether you need to pay the deposit and the corresponding amount. When moving out of the apartment later, the apartment will determine the refund amount of the deposit based on the property status of the room.

When I make a reservation, is the deposit I paid a deposit? How to refund?
The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit. Can I move in before paying the rent?
All rent due must be paid upon check-in.
When can I move into the apartment?
A few weeks before you arrive at the dormitory, the management team of the dormitory will invite you to register for check-in time, and the apartment will send you an optional check-in timetable as soon as possible. You can also log in to the student portal of the apartment to complete the registration in the system.
Can I check in early?
Students who need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the contract and paying extra rent
Can I have pets?
No, pets of any size are not allowed.
Do I need to pay property taxes?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying housing tax. Proof of housing tax exemption must be provided by the university, if you do not have this on check-in because you have not registered for a course, please ensure you have the university name and student ID number with you.
How do I report for repairs?
Log in to your Student Portal, and then register for repairs, and the follow-up apartment team will respond as soon as possible. For details, please refer to the detailed information about maintenance in the Student Handbook provided by the apartment.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
Can I smoke indoors?
No, all apartments are non-smoking. If you need to smoke, please go to the smoking area set up in the apartment.
How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
What should I do if I need to report for repair?

Can I smoke inside the room?
The apartment is non-smoking for safety reasons and has smoke alarms. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk of the apartment where the corresponding smoking area is located.
