The security is good, the housing facilities are quite complete, and the location is okay. However, going to the laundry room requires passing through eight doors, which is very far, and it costs £6 for washing and drying, which I can't say much about. The heating is also not that warm. The most ridiculous part is that I live in Area C, and there is only one door at the entrance of the entire dormitory for entry and exit, so my second floor feels like it's becoming a third floor... Moreover, there is a fire door downstairs, can't there be a normal door for people to exit? Aside from the room being relatively large, I can only say there aren't many advantages. If you're going to buy, just get one by the sea or in Area A, also they didn’t make it clear in advance that there is only one door, and getting out requires taking a long way... I can only say that the £260 spent isn’t really worth it.

Fire alarms go off four to five times a week, each time starting from 50 minutes, simply because the reception staff are often not even at work during working hours.

Fire alarms go off at least twice a week, and sometimes three times a day, and the last one goes off in the early morning.
The key issue is that‼️ every time the alarm goes off, you have to wait outside for at least an hour and a half‼️ because the front desk is not working...
Before coming here, the advertisement said that the front desk is available 24/7, but in reality, it’s only attended from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, and no one is present to pick up or drop off packages when they’re closed.
For the gym, you can only get a front desk staff member to change your access card when they are on duty. The dumbbells in the gym are not stored properly, the pool balls for the billiards table are missing, the movie room door is broken and doesn’t allow entry, and the coffee machine in the public area is broken and cannot be used.
The room sizes shown in the pictures are misleading; the same type of studio in different buildings varies in size by at least 2 square meters.
