1. This promotion is made in addition to Unite Students standard cancellation policies
as set out on the website. These standard cancellation policies continue unaffected;
2. For the avoidance of any doubt this promotion only applies to tenancies for the
2021/22 Academic Year and not for any tenancies commencing before 4th

Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
