Very good, high cost performance, worth recommending
Overall, it's quite good, the facilities are very complete, the heating is strong, but the sound insulation is average, and the kitchen's range hood has average suction as well.
The house is very nice, and the consultant helped me get a discount, which is very thoughtful.
The apartment is great, and the front desk customer service attitude is good; they patiently helped me with any questions I had.

The cost performance is quite good, and the staff's service attitude is also very nice. Although there is no gym, no entertainment equipment, and no study room, the location is still decent, and the price is reasonable.
The price is cheap, but some dorms face the road, which may cause noise.
Everything is quite good, but the rooms are not soundproof.
