I live at iQ Cullen House in Glasgow, and my overall living experience has been very good. The apartment is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the city center and the university, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. The room facilities are quite complete, the common areas are clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and quick to help resolve any issues. Security is also good, as access control is required for entry and exit. Overall, it is very suitable for students studying in Glasgow.

I really liked it and will miss it The bathroom is a bit small, but that’s pretty normal for a studio apartment There is a lot of storage space The facilities are very new There are also many functions and amenities However, the elevator often breaks down The bathroom is very clean, but on rainy days there may be some sewer odor coming back up The internet is occasionally not very stable Sound insulation depends on the room type The location is very close to the city center and very close to the Glasgow School of Art

I stayed at Cullen House for a while, and overall, the experience was excellent. The apartment is relatively new, and both the rooms and common areas are very clean. The facilities are also very complete—the study room, gym, media room, and entertainment spaces are all very useful. The front desk staff are very friendly and responsible, and they usually help resolve any issues promptly. Receiving parcels is also very convenient. The internet speed is stable, and personally, I think the soundproofing in the room is quite good as well. The location is what I’m most satisfied with. It is located on Bath Street in the city center, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. It’s very convenient to get to the city center, and taking the bus to classes at the University of Glasgow is also very easy. The overall environment of the apartment feels safe, making it very reassuring to live here. If you are studying in Glasgow and care about the living environment and convenience, I would highly recommend Cullen House.

Not bad, not bad. The environment is very good, with staff coming regularly to clean the hallways and public areas. The recreational facilities are also excellent. If you have time, you can come here with your friends for a meal, KTV, or to play billiards. The decoration is quite new, and any video you take will look clean. You can feel it.

The sound insulation issues are still present; I can even hear my neighbor's alarm clock. It's very cold in winter, and to solve the energy problem, everyone has their heating set to 23 degrees. It’s really cold in Scotland. I also heard that the front desk is quite irresponsible, but the ones I've encountered have been pretty nice.

Aside from the sound insulation, there aren't many drawbacks. The distance is relatively far, but there is a bus stop downstairs. The public facilities are quite good and can be reserved. There is a KTV, but it's not very user-friendly; it's better to connect your own computer, which would be much better. It tends to be quite hot in the summer as there is no air conditioning, and the angle at which the windows can open is not large.

The overall facilities and internet speed are acceptable, but the soundproofing is very poor, and sounds from next door can be heard very clearly. There is no heating in the room during winter, and the chair is uncomfortable to sit on, which may affect the daily living experience to some extent. Other aspects are fairly decent.

The color palette of this place was absolutely stunning! The host used many low-saturation Morandi tones on the walls and soft furnishings, making it feel like a professional color studio had been brought into the home. Visually, it was incredibly gentle and soothing. The natural light was also great, and the way the light and shadows fell on the walls at different times of day created rich layers, making it perfect for photos. The overall style of the room was very artistic, and staying here felt especially relaxing. It was a truly inspiring living experience, and I highly recommend it! This apartment stay was such a pleasant surprise! As soon as I walked in, I was soothed by the white minimalist space. The kitchen was fully white, and the hidden light strip design was a wonderful touch, creating an amazing atmosphere for cooking at night. The small foldable bar counter was cleverly designed—it saves space when folded up, and when lowered, it becomes the perfect desk. Paired with the natural wood herringbone flooring, it felt especially cozy to eat fruit and drink coffee here. The small green plant in the corner and the complete kitchenware also made the space feel very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a simple lifestyle!

Luck has it that my room is okay. The sound insulation is considered good, but if the neighbors speak loudly, I can still hear them. The overall environment is nice, and it is relatively safe to go out at night to pick up deliveries. The room facilities are quite new, and I haven't encountered any issues.

It's a new apartment, and the overall experience is okay. However, the printing services and other things that were mentioned at the beginning were gradually reduced, and the heating, which was originally quite good, was later changed.

The ensuite room is on the sixth floor, and the view is amazing. The room is also super nice. I think it’s the best student accommodation in Glasgow!!! 😭😭😭 My roommates are also very clean. This year is almost over, and I’m already feeling a little reluctant to leave my little room.
