The overall stay experience was good, the location is central, and the transportation is indeed the most convenient, very close to the subway station and train station. However, the bin store was not clean and tidy enough, and the internet was not very stable, but everything in the room facilities was fine.

The sound insulation is terrible. This is also the reason I want to change apartments. Basically, it's just a wooden board, especially in Room A. The facilities require you to buy your own furniture, and the plastic chairs are uncomfortable and bad for your back. The internet speed is quite fast if you don't mind the above. There is plenty of sunlight, but it often melts the drying hooks. The layout is poor, with the bathroom space almost rivaling the overall bedroom. People will come in without permission and swipe their cards to enter your apartment very frequently. They will send an email to notify you, and they will check the cleaning situation and collect Chinese rice cookers. However, they do not provide any cleaning tools; you can only borrow them from downstairs. The laundry room often has disputes in the group chats.

The apartment is in a great location, with a train station nearby and a large supermarket close by. The south-facing layout allows for plenty of sunlight, and the scenery is excellent with a broad view. Communication with the agent was smooth, and the service was very attentive.

The facilities are very new and have air conditioning. The internet speed varies, sometimes good and sometimes bad, and is unstable. The sound insulation is average. The low floors at the back will become a hotel, and the apartment facilities will be shared between the hotel and the apartments.

The move-in experience was very good. The overall environment of the apartment was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The room had good natural lighting, and it basically met all daily living needs. The staff were friendly, and when issues arose, their responses and handling were relatively prompt. The common areas were well maintained, and the living atmosphere was quiet, making it comfortable for both studying and resting. The location was convenient, with supermarkets, buses, and other daily amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant living experience.

The apartment resolves issues particularly quickly, the roommates are also very nice, the facilities are generally quite new, and the decor is very modern, which is the style I like. The common areas are also super clean, and the staff are especially attentive and patient.

The service is poor, the facilities are poor, and the hardware is poor. The table's air conditioning is broken. I found this problem on the first day of check-in. As a brand new apartment, I don't understand why this issue exists. Later, I found out that everyone's air conditioning is just for show. Since checking in, it has been broken and has not been repaired. Even if I go find the staff offline, they just say they have contacted the engineer. It is useless. This is the first time I have stayed in such a poorly serviced apartment. Even the bedside tables are ones I bought myself because the apartment doesn't provide them. The room's lighting is minimal, especially at night on the table; it can be said to be pitch dark. Is there even a need to be this stingy?

You can hear the sounds of water flowing, trains, thumping, and electrical currents in this apartment. There is no noise that you can imagine, only infinite possibilities. Cullen has 30 Mbps, Martha has 130 Mbps. Alright, I'm really out of ideas, okay? Kids, let's go home, let's go home. The facilities are nice, but it feels like the feng shui is not very good, a bit too torturous. The ensuite might be a bit quieter (air conditioning train noise), though some are not, and I hope all the noise disappears and the internet speed gets better, okay?
