The oversized storage cabinets solve the storage problem, and the open-plan kitchen has a very spacious countertop, making it easy to cook a big meal on the weekend. What surprised me most was the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows—the whole place stays bright from morning to night, which really lifts my mood.
The furniture and appliances are all from reputable brands. The air conditioner cools very well, the water heater provides hot water instantly, and the washing machine has a drying function, which is especially helpful during humid weather in southern China. The mattress is moderately firm, the soundproofing is also great, and I’ve been waking up naturally every day since moving in.
The landlord is also super nice. When I moved in, they personally walked me through all the facilities and even prepared a small welcome package, including bottled water, tissues, and garbage bags—every little detail was considered. I once reported an issue with the faucet, and someone came to fix it that same afternoon. The response speed was perfect.
