The facilities far exceeded my expectations: the appliances and furniture are complete and brand-new, and even the dishwasher and dryer work very well, greatly enhancing the living experience. At first, I was worried it might be noisy because it faces the street, but after moving in, I found that the soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is outstanding. Finally, regarding the overall environment, the community’s landscaping is thoughtfully designed, the security system is strict yet user-friendly, and the public areas are cleaned by dedicated staff every day. This place feels comfortable and reassuring.

First of all, the location is absolutely amazing. The subway station is right downstairs, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the entrance. Commuting to the city center takes just 20 minutes. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and coffee shops all around, and late-night food options are easy to find too.
The room layout is very well designed. Although the space isn’t especially large, the designer has made the most of every inch. The oversized storage cabinets solve the storage problem, and the open-plan kitchen has a very spacious countertop, making it easy to cook a big meal on the weekend. What surprised me most was the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows—the whole place stays bright from morning to night, which really lifts my mood.
The furniture and appliances are all from reputable brands. The air conditioner cools very well, the water heater provides hot water instantly, and the washing machine has a drying function, which is especially helpful during humid weather in southern China. The mattress is moderately firm, the soundproofing is also great, and I’ve been waking up naturally every day since moving in.
The landlord is also super nice. When I moved in, they personally walked me through all the facilities and even prepared a small welcome package, including bottled water, tissues, and garbage bags—every little detail was considered. I once reported an issue with the faucet, and someone came to fix it that same afternoon. The response speed was perfect.
The property management service is also very thoughtful. Deliveries are placed on the shelves downstairs, trash is cleared at scheduled times every day, and the corridors are kept spotless.

It’s very clean, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The facilities are very complete, and the gym is one of the better ones among the nearby student apartments. There’s also a Chinese restaurant downstairs now, which makes things more convenient than before. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from supermarkets and public transportation. For public transport, you need to take the bus opposite the museum, or take a shortcut to Partick and the Exhibition Centre. Fortunately, it’s quite close to the Chinese supermarket Aijia, so that’s not bad. Overall, the experience has been pretty good—not as bad as the reviews on Xiaohongshu make it seem. It would be even better if you couldn’t hear the trains and speeding cars at night.
