The front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic and will offer assistance in a timely manner. Packages are stored at the front desk, and when the apartment receives them, a QR code will be sent via email. You need to present the QR code to the front desk staff in order to pick up your package, which prevents the situation of picking up the wrong package or losing packages. Every morning, there is a cleaning lady who tidies up every part of the apartment, so the entire place is very clean. The public area facilities are quite well-equipped, and the necessary facilities are all available, just as shown in the promotional pictures. There are also plenty of washing machines and dryers. The room is large and quiet. I stayed in a silver studio.

Mr. Jerry at the Westview front desk is the best person I met during my study in the UK. He always greets each resident with a warm smile at the front desk, offering the warmest greetings; he would also show up at the residents' request for help, inquiring and providing the most considerate assistance. I still remember one evening when I was anxiously waiting at the entrance of Westview for a very important package. Just when I was about to cry from the wait, Mr. Jerry handed me a tissue and kindly inquired about my situation. He stayed with me in the Westview lobby, chatting with me to ease my anxiety. I will never forget him.
The West View as a newly renovated apartment is really in high demand. Thanks to my friend and the customer service lady this year, I managed to secure a reservation. I live in an ensuite and was drawn to the large kitchen and big windows in the room. The heating isn't very effective in winter, so friends who are sensitive to cold might need to get a heater. The entertainment facilities in the public area downstairs are great, with billiards, a cinema, and board games. The study room has motion-sensor lighting, which needs someone to move every ten minutes; otherwise, it goes out again like a little mischievous ghost (｡ì _ í｡). Just downstairs from the apartment is Lido, and there’s another large supermarket and train station across the street, which is very convenient. Overall, it's very cost-effective, haha.
