If you wish to terminate your lease, you must notify the advisor or the apartment in writing, and you need to fill out the apartment's "Sublease Form." You will remain responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term expires, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee that we will find other tenants, as it becomes increasingly difficult as the academic year progresses. The location is excellent, with Lidl downstairs, a 3-minute walk to Morrison and the subway station, and a 10-minute trip to school; entry and elevator access require a key card, ensuring security, and the front desk service is nice.

Packages are stored at the front desk, and when the apartment receives them, a QR code will be sent via email. You need to present the QR code to the front desk staff in order to pick up your package, which prevents the situation of picking up the wrong package or losing packages. Every morning, there is a cleaning lady who tidies up every part of the apartment, so the entire place is very clean. The public area facilities are quite well-equipped, and the necessary facilities are all available, just as shown in the promotional pictures. There are also plenty of washing machines and dryers. The room is large and quiet. I stayed in a silver studio.

So, I made a reservation early with another sister. We chose a place called Yixiang Haoju. Given how tight the housing availability is in the west view, Sister YOYO searched different channels to help me book a room. In the end, we stayed in a high-floor studio at the west view, to the point where I would wake up smiling from my dreams. I’m already looking forward to it.
