The only minor drawback is that you can hear trains passing on the side close to the railway tracks, but the sound insulation is quite good when the windows are closed. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to prepare earplugs. Overall, the environment is pretty good, especially considering the price. Location: There are two supermarkets nearby, and the train and subway stations are a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient.
