The location is quite nice, the residential area is very quiet, whether going to the business school or the main campus, it's a 20-minute walk. The train station, Tesco, and Chinese restaurants are all just a 7-minute walk away. I live in a top-floor apartment with a balcony, which is very comfortable, but unfortunately I have to climb a flight of stairs myself. Most of the residents are Chinese, and it's only bad luck to encounter a foreign neighbor who throws a party every week at dawn. The facilities are relatively complete, and occasional repairs are needed; the staff's efficiency is okay, they leave work on time at 5 PM, and they also have weekends off. If you forget your phone and can't open the door, it costs 20 pounds to unlock it. The Wi-Fi and heating are also satisfactory.
