The corner is quite good. The residential area is very quiet. It is OK to walk 20 minutes to the business school or the main campus. The railway station, Tesco and Chinese restaurants are all 7 minutes away. The balcony room on the top floor is very comfortable, but unfortunately I have to climb a flight of stairs myself. Most of the residents are Chinese, and it is only bad luck to meet foreign neighbors who hold parties in the early hours of the morning every week. The equipment is relatively complete and needs maintenance occasionally. The staff efficiency is OK. They leave work on time at 5 o'clock and rest on weekends. If they forget to bring their mobile phones, they can only unlock the door by 20 pounds. Wifi and heating are also OK.
