How to pay rent?
There are two ways to pay the apartment rent, online payment or bank wire transfer 1. For online payment, please log in to the Account of Unite Students, click the Payments page, enter the rent amount to be paid in the dialog box, click the Pay button, and enter the payment card information. If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.

If you arrive on a different day, please click "Edit" in the check in summary of the Unite APP, and then choose a new check-in time that suits you. The apartment will also provide emergency contact information, which can be dialed at the entrance of the apartment or in a prominent place at the front desk. Alternatively, you can call the apartment's Emergency Control Center (UK) on 03003031611, and they will coordinate staff to help you.

When I make a reservation, is the advance rent paid a deposit? How to refund?
Advance Rent is prepaid rent, used as a deposit. After you successfully check in, Advance rent will be deducted from your rent and will not be refunded.
I have a special discount for the apartment when I make a reservation, how can I redeem it?
Please refer to the corresponding activity details provided by the apartment when you make a reservation, and then please accept the corresponding details with the apartment.
Should I pay as much as the apartment needs to pay?
Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. For example, if you use an international bank remittance, the intermediary bank will charge part of the handling fee, so in this case, please ensure that the amount paid is the payable rent + handling fee, and ensure that the full amount arrives to avoid arrears.

When can I check in?
You can check in on the day when the contract period starts. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.

How do I collect my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can get the key card from the apartment front desk
Can I check in early?
If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Do I need to pay land tax?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must provide proof to the apartment that you are a full-time student
What if there is no one at the front desk when I arrive?
