140-42 New Walk is set just a short walk from Leicester’s city centre, tucked away in a quiet Victorian walk way – perfect for those who want to be in easy reach of the city buzz with a cosy retreat they can call home.

Surrounded by parks and recreational ground with both DeMontfort University and University of Leicester at just under a mile away – quite literally, a walk in the park.

For fitness buffs, there’s an on-site gym. For readers, a reading room and because we like to keep things simple, all utilities are rolled into the price of the rent which includes WiFi, and contents insurance.
