I lived in 52 for a whole year during the epidemic before. The scenery is really beautiful. The demontfort hall can be seen from the three windows. It is a warm memory of a year.

Can couples (doubles) book the same room?

Doubles can book studio and one-bedroom rooms, and a double occupancy fee of 1,000-1,500 pounds is required on the basis of the single room rate.

Is my booking deposit refundable? Will I be charged if I cancel my reservation before check-in?

Once your booking is complete, your booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances unless you find a legal tenant. Once you sign your lease, you are responsible for paying the full rent of the room until the next legal tenant moves in. If you are unable to stay in the city where you booked the room because of the refusal of the UK visa or the inability to obtain the offer letter from the university, your booking fee will not be refunded, but you can cancel your contract without being responsible for the contract. You need to provide the following proof materials within 7 valid days of receiving the visa refusal from the immigration office or the refusal letter from the university: A written statement from the selected university or institution, a written certificate provided by UCAS or a valid screenshot proving that you cannot enter the university The offer acceptance letter issued by the selected institution or the new university provided by UCAS.
