The room is very nice and well equipped, the staffs are very helpful, and though full, the downside is noise coming from the outside, I can't concentrate, I wake up every morning with headache.

Can I cancel after making a reservation?
We have a 5-day “cooling-off period” policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in, you can cancel. If you exceed the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or the visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a qualified replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a background check to confirm their eligibility before they can take over your lease.
