In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. If you arrive on the same day but are only tens of minutes to a few hours late, you can wait at the front desk, and the staff will serve you after processing the students who have made an appointment. If you arrive on a different day, please click "Edit" in the check in summary of the Unite APP, and then choose a new check-in time that suits you. The apartment will also provide emergency contact information, which can be dialed at the entrance of the apartment or in a prominent place at the front desk. Alternatively, you can call the apartment's Emergency Control Center (UK) on 03003031611, and they will coordinate staff to help you.

Advance Rent is prepaid rent, used as a deposit. After you successfully check in, Advance rent will be deducted from your rent and will not be refunded.

Please refer to the corresponding activity details provided by the apartment when you make a reservation, and then please accept the corresponding details with the apartment.

Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. For example, if you use an international bank remittance, the intermediary bank will charge part of the handling fee, so in this case, please ensure that the amount paid is the payable rent + handling fee, and ensure that the full amount arrives to avoid arrears.

You can check in on the day when the contract period starts. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange check-in.
