In terms of facilities, the mirror has a small crack, but it is covered by the sofa, so it doesn’t really matter for daily use. The toilet in the bathroom keeps making a flushing/running-water sound, but it is quieter after closing the door. Overall, it’s still pretty good. There aren’t any other particular issues. The view is nice, the unit next door may not be occupied yet, as I haven’t heard any noise from next door. The internet speed is okay, though definitely not as fast as in China.
First, the good: the room is spacious, and it has an oven, microwave, and kettle. One thing worth mentioning is that the induction cooktop actually has 4 burners! The fridge is large, there is plenty of hot water, and it’s very quiet at night. Lidl is just 200 meters downstairs, and the Chinese supermarket is also very close. The downsides: the window can only be opened a crack, so it gets very hot when the sun shines in; the elevator is pretty bad—it broke right after I moved in and often wouldn’t open on my floor; the bed is too soft, which gave me back pain; the bathroom light is broken, and even after reporting it to the apartment for several days, no one came to fix it; one compartment in the freezer is cracked; the internet speed isn’t great—it’s fine for online classes, but bad for gaming. Overall, I’d give it around 80 points. Its biggest advantage is the good value for money.
The location is very good, close to the school, Tesco, and Lidl. The surrounding area is quiet, but be careful near the garbage bins, Jerry. There is a lawn and the people are very nice. The reception accepts packages.
My consultant Siddhant made this process easy, and comfortable for me. Especially considering that I am an international student, he explained everything thoroughly. Uhomes itself is very straightforward to use, and offers lots of good options for student accommodations.
Leicester's rare high-rise apartments have great views, are very safe, and truly have 24-hour staff on duty. The room layout is reasonable and comfortable,Overall, it is highly recommended.
The living conditions are very comfortable, with fully equipped room facilities. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of Leicester's scenery. It is very convenient to walk 10 minutes to De Mont. The after-sales service provided by the agency is excellent, as they can address issues and provide feedback promptly.
This apartment is indeed very nice, the studio is particularly quiet.
The overall environment of the apartment is comfortable and it's very close to the school, just a 10-minute walk. If there are any issues, the building manager will address them promptly.
The reception of the apartment is very friendly, and it's convenient to check in even after ten o'clock at night.
Everything is quite new. I am on the 12th floor for Golden Plus. My furniture is newer than the Platinum upstairs.

The apartment is relatively quiet, and the dormitory manager is very friendly. However, due to the long construction period, the facilities are a bit outdated. Since opening windows on higher floors is limited, ventilation is a problem, and during the summer, the room gets very stuffy, requiring one to address the ventilation issue themselves. Besides that, the room I live in is basically well-equipped with essential facilities, and the environment is quiet, making it suitable for studying. It’s not bad overall, and I suggest students avoid renting higher floors!
