All dormitories have laundry rooms in the apartment building, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The cost for each wash is about £2.70, and the cost for each dry is about £1.20. Do I need to pay property tax?
If you are a qualifying full-time student, you will be exempt from paying property tax. You must provide the apartment with proof that you are a full-time student.

How can I get my access card?
After completing the check-in process at the front desk, you can collect your access card from the apartment front desk.
Can someone help me pick up the access card?
No, for security reasons, you can only collect your key card in person.
Can I drive to the apartment to check in?
All the apartments are located in the city center, very close to the university, and public transportation is very convenient. At the same time, the developers of the apartments took into account the environmental impact of cars when constructing the buildings. Therefore, given the location and transportation advantages, none of the apartments have parking lots. Additionally, in some residential areas of the apartments (such as Exeter), parking is prohibited within 1.5 kilometers of the dormitory area. However, students can rent parking spaces if needed.

What fees do I need to pay?
All utilities, including water and electricity, as well as 250MB broadband and wireless internet, and personal property insurance are included in the rent. Breakfast is also included in the weekly rent from Monday to Friday, so you only need to pay the rent.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it's best to inform the apartment in advance so they can arrange the check-in.
When is the deadline for paying rent?
Log in to the student portal of the apartment and check your payment plan on the booking page. Additionally, the apartment will indicate this on the contract. After successful booking, the apartment will send a contract to the student's email, so be sure to save it!
Can couples live here?
Couples are welcome in the apartment, but the price will be slightly different. Currently, there is a 20% additional charge for double occupancy.
