Quiet and safe, professionally managed, fully equipped
The front desk staff are really, really, really nice, and several of them speak some Chinese. They have been a great help to me. The apartment itself is quite nice, although a bit older. The commute is impressive; some classes in the South Campus are within a five-minute walk. It’s a bit smaller, but it's so affordable that I highly recommend it. Just remember that there is no elevator, but the floors are not high, so you don’t need to worry about getting tired.
Last year, when I was in the country, I started looking for a dormitory early on. After much comparison, I found that Cambridge Court is not only super close to the university (University of Liverpool) - just a few steps to the south campus gym - but also has great facilities and is very affordable. At the time, I was worried that I might be disappointed with the on-site accommodation, given the price, but I was truly surprised. The room was newly renovated, and the desk, chairs, bed, and bathroom were all very clean. The longer I stayed, the more I liked it. I just booked my dormitory for next year, and it's also in this building.
The surrounding environment is good, the facilities are complete, and the service efficiency is high.

The service is very good, and if there are any issues, they generally send someone to handle it by the next afternoon; for emergencies, they can arrive in about half an hour. At the beginning of the semester, if you report a malfunctioning appliance or furniture, they will usually replace it with a new one. After living here for a year, renewing for another year, and comparing with the nearby students' apartments, I feel the cost-performance ratio is quite high. The apartment conditions are also quite good. The location is very, very close to the university. The only downside is that the bed is a standard single bed, measuring 90*190 cm, though I don't think it's too small.
