Paddington Park House is in a great location, close to the campus, shops, restaurants, leisure and entertainment. There is a large Tesco at the back of the residence halls, a Chinese restaurant, Yo's Restaurant, and a Chinese supermarket close to the residence halls where you can buy what you need. If you need to hire a car, there is a car hire company, Penny Lane Claims & Car Hire, right next to the hostel.

There are hundreds of takeaways to choose from on Wavertree Road, a 10-minute walk from Paddington Park House: fish and chips, Indian, Chinese or Kebab Kebabs. The Liverpool Empire Theatre and Royal Court Theatre are a 15-minute walk from Paddington Park House. The city centre is a 20-minute walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, especially near Liverpool One for great food and the IMAX cinema. The city centre is also home to Almost Famous, Gusto and the one Michelin-starred restaurant, The Art School, making it a food lover's paradise.

Transport 

Paddington Park House is within easy reach of Liverpool's city centre, only a 5-minute walk to the University of Liverpool, 10 minutes to Liverpool Central Library, and a 15-minute walk to the Redmonds building at Liverpool John Moore University. The flat is easy to get to the city centre, with a bus stop not far from the door, it is easy to get around, and the city centre can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by bus 79. Liverpool Lime Street Station and Liverpool Central Station are a 22-minute walk or 11-minute bus ride away, making it easy to get to other cities in the UK.
