The facilities are old, but they are cheap. It takes a month to repair the refrigerator, but it is cheap. The bathroom is prone to mildew, but it is common in the UK, and it is cheap. The rooms are about the same size, the kitchen is large, and it is very close to my major. The staff are available at the reception 24 hours a day, and the service attitude is excellent; the cost-performance ratio is outstanding.
The heating isn’t very good, but everything else is nice. The environment is clean and tidy, and it’s close to the school.

The sound insulation is better than expected, and I am basically not disturbed by the neighbors, making the living experience quite quiet. Overall, it is more suitable for students with a limited budget who still want to live comfortably.
