The fire alarm sometimes goes off inexplicably, and I have to share the bathroom with my roommate. However, the reception staff at the apartment are very warm and friendly, and the surrounding infrastructure is quite complete. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city center, 5 minutes to Lidl and Tesco, and 10 minutes to the northern district of the University of Liverpool. The price of the apartment is also very affordable, and the room size is sufficient. Typically, there will be a large cash back for a long-term lease of one year. Overall, it is considered one of the more cost-effective housing options in Liverpool.
