How to reduce the rent by 2%?
The apartment offers a 2% discount on the total rent paid in full. Students must pay the full rent by August 1st and ensure it is received on time to enjoy the discount. The discount amount will not be reflected in the contract, and students should calculate the discounted price themselves when making the payment. If the online payment is made after August 1st or if the wire transfer does not arrive by August 1st, the discount will automatically become invalid.
