The room facilities are OK and the service personnel are also very friendly. There is a Tesco express very close, which is very convenient to buy things. When repairs are needed, basically someone will come the next day. For me, it's the ceiling of the study abroad rental experience.

Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling off" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the rental agreement and have not yet moved in, you can cancel. If the "cooling off" period has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you fail to meet the admission requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once they are confirmed qualified, they can take over your rental agreement.
