Overall, it’s not very good, and the value for money is very low. Facilities: Just so-so. There were black marks on the desk, the ventilation through the pipes was especially poor, the food cooked by the neighbors smelled really bad, and the odors spread badly. The oven was so dirty that it was basically unusable. Internet speed: It was okay. The internet went out once, and it took a whole day to fix. Soundproofing: Very poor. The neighbors on both sides were like apes, shouting every day. Hygiene: Very poor. It wasn’t cleaned properly before move-in, and there were so many flies that I couldn’t even open the windows. Location: This is the only good thing. It’s in the city center, so everything is convenient.

The facilities of the apartment are very new and well-equipped, the security is excellent, and the front desk is great, but!! The location is terrible! There is a bar downstairs that is so loud at night!!! During festivals, it can even be noisy until two or three in the morning. When I complained to the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything about it. Since it's in the city center, there are always sirens from emergency vehicles, even in the middle of the night! It's impossible to get a good rest! Completely depends on earplugs, and with such a high price, it’s quite far from the school; there are definitely many better options.
