Minimum stay 2 weeks. Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. No deposit required. Rates are valid from 6th July to 31st August 2024 but may be subject to change.

A modern hall of residence located in fashionable Clerkenwell, within walking distance of London's major universities. There is a diverse mix of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, as well as a choice of supermarkets and other shops throughout the local area and nearby Islington.

Arbour House offers apartments with single bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, ¾ double storage bed, wardrobe and desk/chair. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware. Facilities include on-site laundry room and bicycle storage.

The rate includes weekly cleaning of bedrooms and common areas, bedding and weekly change of bed linen (students should bring their own towels). All utility bills and Wi-Fi access are also included.

In the heart of Zone 1 with extensive connections for travel, Arbour House is just 10 minutes walk from Angel (Northern line) and Barbican (Circle, Metropolitan, and Hammersmith & City lines) underground stations. Farringdon is only an additional 5 minutes walk for the Elizabeth line.
