The Print House Loughborough offers two types of rooms:
En-suite rooms with inside bathrooms, small fridges and microwaves, so students don't have to worry about lack of space. 6 people share 1 communal kitchen and living room so that you can socialise with others in the communal room.
Studio rooms have their open kitchen and lots of space, one on each floor of the whole building, while stocks last. The entire apartment is one room per floor, and the number is limited.
The Print House student accommodation is a haven for modern urban living, offering outstanding community amenities. We have been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. A state-of-the-art laundry room is open 24/7 to ensure your clothing care needs are always met. Secure bike storage facilities give cyclists peace of mind. The Print House's 24-hourelectronic access control and video surveillance system are always in operation, and external visitors must pass through multiple electronic gates to access the hostel. In addition, Print House Loughborough has its own independent facilities maintenance team.
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay your rent in three installments, in September, January and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, full rent must be paid by August 1 month before the contract start date. Please note that the rent due must have been paid upon arrival for check-in. There may be other installment options.

When is the discount deducted from my rent?
All discounts offered will be deducted from your final rent payment.

What will happen to my deposit?
Your deposit will be deposited into a deposit protection scheme where it will be held securely throughout the academic year and will be returned to you at the end of the contract in accordance with the terms of the contract. The deposit you pay when you make your application cannot be used for instalments as this is secured by the Deposit Protection Scheme for the duration of your tenancy.

What do I need to bring when I move in?
When you come to collect your keys, you will need to bring some photo ID, such as a passport.
Will there be parking when I check in?
Some apartments offer paid parking, please contact your property team directly if you would like to book a car park.
Are pets allowed?
Pets of any kind are not permitted except for registered assistance dogs.
Can I request to change rooms during my rental?
You will need to make a formal request to the accommodation team at the property you are living in. If you request a room change during the tenancy, you will also receive new documents confirming the room change details, which will need to be signed or accepted online. If your new room is more expensive, you and your guarantor are responsible for the higher rent from the date you get it.

Do I have to move out during the holidays?
Your room is yours for the entire contract period and you do not need to move out during study breaks.
Is it possible to book under 18 years old?
The property will accept your booking without any restrictions if you are over 18 in your first semester of university, or an adult over 18 must be a co-signer of your tenancy agreement and must accept the terms.
