Location: Good Cleanliness: Pretty good This apartment is in an excellent location, just a three- to five-minute walk from the business school and the core commercial district. There are also many restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The facilities far exceeded expectations: not only are the appliances and furniture complete and brand new, but there is also a cinema room, KTV, and more, which greatly enhances the living experience. At first, I was worried that being close to the street might make it noisy, but after moving in, I found that the soundproofing is excellent, completely blocking out outside noise. It is very quiet at night, and the sleep quality is extremely high. Lastly, regarding the overall environment, the common areas are cleaned by dedicated staff, making the place feel comfortable and reassuring.

n1 is really the most cost-effective apartment in Newcastle, my favorite point is that the floors are not high and not crowded, I am very satisfied with all kinds of facilities, and the staff are really super nice sob sob, it's a seven-minute walk to the business school and also close to the train station.

When problems arise, the staff is quick to respond. The front desk and management team are very friendly and patient, making communication smooth and giving a sense of security during the stay.<br><br>The common areas of the apartment are also well maintained, with comprehensive security measures in place, and the overall living environment is quiet and comfortable, making it very suitable for student life and study. There are also community events held regularly, allowing residents to meet new friends from different countries.<br><br>Overall, the living experience at Newcastle 1 is satisfactory, with good performance in terms of location, living environment, and service quality. It is worth recommending to students coming to study in Newcastle.

The mailbox lock is broken, but most likely no one will take anything. Transportation is convenient, with bus stops and the train station all not far away.

Everything was fine before, but upon check-in, the water heater was not working, the kitchen sink faucet was loose, the previous tenant's personal information was still left in the room, and there were frozen towels in the fridge. None of these affected my mood upon check-in. Their staff did not conduct a proper room inspection before my arrival. The induction cooker had a slight chip on it, but it did not affect its use. When I checked out, they considered it my issue. If I hadn't kept evidence before checking in, wouldn't I have been falsely accused? The staff kept blaming me for not doing a thorough pre-check before moving in, and mentioned that they might have missed some details due to being busy. So with so many issues, does that mean I encountered too many problems and therefore couldn't be very detailed?
