How should I pay my rent?

The apartment is conveniently located, just a five-minute walk to class. The facilities are well-maintained, the kitchen is spacious, and the heating is very effective, so it won't be cold in winter. There is a Chinatown nearby with plenty of dining options, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the city center, making it very convenient and comfortable.

It's very convenient to go anywhere in the city center, with Tesco just downstairs. The overall layout of the room is very suitable, the bathroom is very clean and has lighting and walls that I really like. Everything is great except for the occasional elevator outage.

The main advantage is that it is close to the school, about a 15-minute walk to the main campus and a 10-minute walk to Newcastle Central shopping center.
