It is very close to Northumbria University Library and Business School (8-9 minutes walk) ~ There are sainsbury and Junior Super League across from the school. It seems that the subway station is relatively far away ~ it takes about 10 minutes to walk downtown. it is very convenient to walk anything ~ the floor is not high, so there is no elevator. But the room and kitchen are quite large and the price is reasonable.
