Please log into your apartment account. Close to your move-in date, you can click on Key Collection Pass to download and print it, and then bring the document with you for check-in. Please note that this feature will be available only after you complete the Begin induction.

How to pay the deposit? Will it be refunded?

The deposit is paid to the apartment when you book the room. It will be deducted from the rent when you pay.

When can I check in?

You can move in on or after the lease start date. The apartment will notify you about the check-in details and corresponding time as your move-in date approaches.

What should I do if I want to terminate the agreement and move out?

If you wish to terminate your lease, you must notify the consultant or the apartment in writing, and you must fill out the apartment&#x27;s "Sublet Form." You will continue to be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term expires, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee that other tenants will be found, as this clearly becomes increasingly difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also need to pay all management fees associated with the lease reassignment. Please refer to the apartment&#x27;s subletting terms.

If you book a room for the 2025/26 term, you can enjoy the early bird discount. Please note that you must meet the following criteria: 1) The rental period must be no less than 39 weeks. 2) The start date for the rental must be from September 2025. 3) You must complete the check-in process by no later than September 30, 2025.

Unless stated otherwise, bedrooms are only suitable for single occupancy. The front desk may allow occasional overnight visitors at their discretion, provided that it does not disturb or inconvenience other guests. You will be fully responsible for the behavior of your visitors. If you have guests, be sure to notify the front desk in advance.

The apartment supports two payment methods: guarantor card automatic deduction and bank wire transfer.

1. Guarantor card automatic deduction: On the payment due date, the apartment will automatically deduct the rent from your linked guarantor card according to the payment schedule. Please ensure that your guarantor card has sufficient funds available on the payment date, and that the issuing bank supports this transaction.

2. Bank wire transfer: If your guarantor card cannot be used for rent payment, please arrange a bank transfer in advance. Before making the payment, communicate with your bank to confirm what materials you need to bring for the wire transfer, and make sure to have the necessary documents ready. Additionally, ask the bank to assist in calculating the associated transfer fees to ensure that the rent arrives in full. Please strictly use the bank information provided by the apartment for the payment (if you haven&#x27;t received the apartment’s bank account details via email and plan to use wire transfer for rent payment, please email the apartment in advance to obtain the official payment information), and include the appropriate reference information. Be cautious not to trust any third-party accounts provided for payment, and ensure that the full rent amount is received. Finally, please send the remittance receipt to the apartment for their records.

Don&#x27;t worry. By clicking "Pay Now," you are only submitting your details to the secure payment gateway of the card processing center. The payment will only be processed on the specified date, and the full amount will not be charged on the day of booking.
