Unless stated otherwise, bedrooms are only suitable for single occupancy. Bank wire transfer: If your guarantor card cannot be used for rent payment, please arrange a bank transfer in advance. Before making the payment, communicate with your bank to confirm what materials you need to bring for the wire transfer, and make sure to have the necessary documents ready. Additionally, ask the bank to assist in calculating the associated transfer fees to ensure that the rent arrives in full. I have lived in the student apartment in Verde for a year, and I am very satisfied with it. First of all, this apartment is really quiet, and it is next to the business school. The back door is near the computer science building, and downstairs is a Tesco. The indoor facilities include a gym and laundry room, which are very convenient. The windows are very large, allowing plenty of sunlight, and the space is also very big. The studio I live in has ample storage space with no noise. I am very satisfied.

Verde is the best apartment building. Even during the sudden heatwave in the UK, with no air conditioning, it doesn’t feel hot at all. The sound insulation is also excellent; although it is very close to the football stadium, there is hardly any noise in daily life.

Except for occasional power outages and water supply issues, lighting is not very good; everything else is okay. Life is quite convenient, as the business school and the computer science school are right downstairs, and the distance to the supermarket is reasonable. The front desk staff are relatively friendly, but I must say, lighting is a major issue; basically, you can't see the sun.
