Our apartment complex boasts 416 rooms, including En-suite, studio, and one-bedroom units, all nestled along the scenic banks of the River Tyne. Our convenient location puts us just steps away from Newcastle's renowned universities like NCL, NU and so on. We also offer a host of amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay for all our tenants - including free 100Mb Wi-Fi, as well as complimentary electricityheating, and insurance coverage. Plus, with communal spaces like a movie room, study area, and shared kitchen and laundry facilities, you'll find everything you need at Quayside Court!

 

Features:

Quayside Court provides a variety of En-suite (independent bathroom kitchen), Studio (independent bathroom open kitchen) and 1-bedroom Apartment (one room and one hall), totalling three types of student housing in Newcastle. Each room is equipped with small double bedsdesksfull-length mirrorsbookshelves, and storage space under the bed. There are billiards table and table tennis table in the commual areas, equipped with TV and sofa in the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Some rooms are equipped with one or multiple floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring exceptional natural light. Our studio rooms feature a 3/4 bed. The 1-bedroom flats are perfect for solo living and studying and guarantee personal privacy. These flats come complete with a fully modern kitchen, bathroom, and desk. The kitchen is furnished with basic appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and vacuum cleaner. The bedding consists of a small double bed.

In addition, students living in Newcastle Quayside Court can head to the ground floor and enjoy the quiet study room. The apartment also organises student activities regularly to help residents understand each other.

 

Location and What's Hot?

The daily life in Quayside Court Newcastle is also very convenient; from the apartment walking, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the Sainsbury's supermarket, 13 minutes to the Morrisons supermarket and more. All make daily purchases are very convenient. Walking 15 minutes to the downtown area, there are not only Eldon Square, the largest shopping centre in Newcastle, but also large supermarkets, such as the supermarket Tesco the one-pound store POUNDLAND, and the local market Grainger Market. Quayside Court, a Student Living apartment, has a superior geographic location, within walking distance to the University of Newcastle (about 23 minutes walk,) Newcastle School of Business (about 17 minutes walk), and the University of Northumbria (17 minutes 'walk). In addition, it takes about 5 minutes from the Newcastle apartment to the New Bridge Street bus station, and it takes 10-12 minutes to get to Manors railway station and tube station. The traffic is very convenient in Quayside Court.

Cancellation Policy

No Visa No Pay

In the circumstance of VISA rejection, you will need to provide An official letter or email confirming that your VISA has been rejected or an email or letter from your university, confirming that you will no longer be studying due to your VISA being rejected.

No Place No Pay

Details

Cooling Off Period
You have a 3 working day cooling off period.
Notice to cancel your contract for your accommodation must be sent by e-mail. The notice must reach us by the end of the 3rd working day after the day we confirm to you that your accommodation booking is concluded and before you collect your keys for your accommodation (check in), whichever is the sooner. If you validly cancel during the cooling off period, we will reimburse the security deposit fee and any pre-paid accommodation fees.

Cancellations before you have moved in
Outside of the cooling off period outlined above, you may request to cancel your accommodation contract by e-mail. A Termination of Tenancy payment of £75.00 will apply which we may deduct from your security deposit.
You will be required to find a replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable, to take over your accommodation contract. The site team will use reasonable endeavors to help you to find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available. The team will assist in finding a replacement tenant, but this will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied*.
Please note: You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your accommodation contract until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation. Once the replacement tenant has completed all the required documentation and made any payments that are due, we
will process the refund of your security deposit if applicable and refund any advance rent payments that may be due to you.

Cancellations after you have moved into the accommodation
The cooling off period ends once you have moved into the accommodation, even if you move into the accommodation within 3 working days of concluding your contract.
A Termination of Tenancy payment of £75.00 will apply which we may deduct from your security deposit.
You will be required to find a replacement tenant, reasonably acceptable, to take over your accommodation contract. The site team will use reasonable endeavors to help you to find a replacement tenant but cannot guarantee that a replacement tenant will be available. The team will assist in finding a replacement tenant, but this will only apply when all other rooms in the property are occupied*.
Please note: You remain responsible for all rent due as defined in your accommodation contract until a replacement tenant has been found for your accommodation and all required documentation has been completed with the replacement tenant.
Any security deposit refund or advance rent payment refunds due to you will be paid once the replacement tenant has completed all the required documentation.

*Please note the team will only assist you to find a replacement tenant for you once full occupancy has been achieved for the property. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to the standard terms and conditions attached to your Accommodation Contract for full details of terms.
