Actually, it's still okay, but don't choose the rectangular ones because I think the layout is not very good; the rest are all okay. The stove is currently the most usable one in the entire student apartment in Newcastle!

ZHENG**
Renting a house in a foreign place is quite effortless; you just need to find a suitable layout.
zheng**
The location is very close to the Engineering College and also very close to the pedestrian street.
Ji**
It is recommended to choose a room where the inner courtyard window can be opened, but the internal environment is good, and the surrounding cost performance is the highest.

How can I find out who I'm living with?
For privacy reasons, we will not disclose residents' names, but you can learn about who you will be living with through the resident group shared before your arrival, or you can ask your dorm team for some information, such as gender, grade, and school.
When can I move in?
About two months before your selected check-in date, you can schedule a move-in time that suits you. If you have any specific accessibility needs or travel issues, please let us know at this time. If you need to check in early, we can also assist with that; just contact your housing team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Can I cancel after booking?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement and you have not yet moved in, you can cancel. If you exceed the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is rejected or you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa rejection documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them. We will conduct a qualification review, and once confirmed as eligible, they can take over your lease.
