The room is very nice! The internet speed is very fast, and there are public spaces. The gym equipment is abundant, the cleaning service is excellent, and breakfast is provided, which is very enjoyable. The front desk staff are nice, and there is a separate package room for deliveries. It's at most a 20-minute walk to the school, and within a 5-minute walk, there is a China Supermarket and Tesco, which is great.

It offers 24-hour front desk security, includes utilities and internet in the rent, and provides free breakfast, regular cleaning, as well as a gym and study rooms. The rooms are newly renovated, and the studios offer strong privacy. However, the rent is relatively high, some buildings have average soundproofing, the communal activity spaces are not very large, and facility repair requests can occasionally be handled slowly. It is suitable for international students who value service and safety and have a sufficient budget. It is recommended to confirm the room orientation before moving in.

Very good It’s the best apartment I’ve stayed in while in Newcastle. I feel really lucky to have had such a great experience. No Visa No Pay

No Visa, No Pay If you are declined a visa to study in the UK by UK Visas and Immigration, you may cancel and obtain a full refund, provided: You notify Accommodation Supplier in writing by 16th August 2027 and provide evidence of the visa rejection to Accommodation Supplier reasonable satisfaction. The decline is not due to failing to complete the necessary steps required by UKVI to process your visa application. Your university was able to issue a CAS Number, and the visa rejection was not caused by you failing to complete your application to study. Under both additional cancellation policies: You must supply suitable proof to Accommodation Supplier in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in circumstances and Accommodation Supplier may request additional information to support your cancellation request to satisfy Accommodation Supplier of the circumstances of your request. All payments have been completed on time in accordance with your License Agreement. If at any point you have checked in to your Accommodation, you are unable to cancel your Agreement free of charge and must find a replacement student. Should you need to make a request to cancel your accommodation under any of the above policies, you should send your request in writing (with supporting evidence attached) to customerengagement@vitastudent.com. If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance License Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid. The rights set out in clause No Place, No Pay and No Visa, No Pay only apply PROVIDED THAT: 1. you have NOT submitted a cancellation request before (throughout the duration of this Licence Agreement) that Accommodation Supplier have declined for any reason. 2. the Occupation Period stated in the Accommodation Agreement has not yet begun, or you have not already commenced occupation of the Accommodation at the time any of these circumstances may apply. 3. you notify Accommodation Supplier in writing within 48 hours of when you FIRST BECOME AWARE OF THE REASON for the cancellation; AND 4. all payments have been completed on time in accordance with your Licence Agreement.

Refund Guarantees Time Limit

Unless you have booked a Clearing Room (see special cancellation terms for Clearing Rooms below) you can cancel free of charge if you are within your cooling off period; ON OR BEFORE the 27th May in the year of commencement of the start of the Occupation Period PROVIDING notice of cancellation is received by us in writing (notice by email is acceptable) within a period of five (5) calendar days (120 hours) of you receiving the Booking Confirmation; or AFTER 27th May in the year of commencement of the Occupation Period PROVIDING notice of cancellation is received by us in writing within a period of forty eight (48) hours of you receiving the Booking Confirmation.

No Place No Pay

No Place, No Pay If you are declined a place to study at a university located in the same city as your Vita Student accommodation, you may cancel and obtain a full refund, provided: You notify Accommodation Supplier in writing within 48 hours of finding out your place has been declined and provide evidence to our reasonable satisfaction. The decline is due to not meeting the academic requirements and not for other reasons such as academic or other misconduct, financial issues, withdrawal, or your place being revoked. You completed all necessary steps required by your university to process your application on time. The Occupation Period outlined in your License Agreement has not yet begun, and you have not already moved into the accommodation. If you intend to appeal the university’s decision, you must immediately notify Accommodation Supplier. Accommodation Supplier will confirm whether you continue to qualify for this policy during and after your appeal. Under both additional cancellation policies: You must supply suitable proof to Accommodation Supplier in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in circumstances and Accommodation Supplier may request additional information to support your cancellation request to satisfy Accommodation Supplier of the circumstances of your request. All payments have been completed on time in accordance with your License Agreement. If at any point you have checked in to your Accommodation, you are unable to cancel your Agreement free of charge and must find a replacement student. Should you need to make a request to cancel your accommodation under any of the above policies, you should send your request in writing (with supporting evidence attached) to customerengagement@vitastudent.com. Once you have booked and your cooling period has elapsed, you are bound into a legal license agreement which requires you to pay for the full period of the license agreement. Accommodation Supplier suggest if you are unsure about exam results, receiving your visa or other condition on you attending University that you contact Accommodation Supplier to discuss on +44(0)203 096 1717. If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance License Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid. The rights set out in clause No Place, No Pay and No Visa, No Pay only apply PROVIDED THAT: 1. you have NOT submitted a cancellation request before (throughout the duration of this Licence Agreement) that Accommodation Supplier have declined for any reason. 2. the Occupation Period stated in the Accommodation Agreement has not yet begun, or you have not already commenced occupation of the Accommodation at the time any of these circumstances may apply. 3. you notify Accommodation Supplier in writing within 48 hours of when you FIRST BECOME AWARE OF THE REASON for the cancellation; AND 4. all payments have been completed on time in accordance with your Licence Agreement. Clearing Room Cancellation Policy There is no cooling-off period for our Clearing Rooms. You can only cancel free of charge in line with the “No Place, No Pay” policy above. Outside of these terms, in order to cancel you must organize a replacement student to take over your contract and take over the liability for the License Fee (and you will still be responsible for all payments until a replacement is found). For the avoidance of doubt, if at any point you have checked in to your booking, you are no longer eligible to cancel free of charge and must find a replacement student. If your cancellation request is accepted for one of the above reasons, any Advance License Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid. Can I leave early and get the remainder of my license fee back? Unfortunately, you are committed under the license period to pay the full license fee. Accommodation Supplier may have a waiting list of people that would like to take over your booking which would then relinquish you from your contract. Accommodation Supplier cannot refund your license fee until a replacement is found to Take over your booking.
