The price is very reasonable, the windows are large, and the front desk service is excellent.
The cost-performance ratio is quite high. It was tested to be a 15-minute walk from the school. The facilities inside are a bit old, there is no elevator, the building has a maximum of 4 floors, the windows can be opened wide, ventilation is good, the bathroom has a separation of wet and dry areas, sound insulation is not very good, and the staff is warm and friendly. The number of Chinese students is significantly less compared to other apartments.

There is a big difference compared to the pictures. On the first day, I came and couldn't find the right house. I had to wait for more than half an hour until midnight to check in. The room is relatively clean, but the kitchen was a mess thanks to others; it was very dirty and frustrating. The heating wasn't working at first, but I solved it myself. Everyone should think carefully when choosing a house.

The attitude of the apartment service was not good, and I suggest everyone to avoid this pitfall. Firstly, the room booked through Yixiang Haoju was not recognized by the apartment when we arrived. There's not much else to say, everything else was fine. The last point is that the sound insulation near the apartment is not great, and there were people making noise in the yard at night. We provided feedback to the apartment, but it still did not have an effective impact.
