The price/performance ratio is quite high. The actual measurement is 15 minutes' walk from the school. The facilities in the house are slightly older, there is no elevator, the highest is 4 floors, the windows can be opened, the ventilation is good, the toilet is separated from wet and dry, the sound insulation is not very good, the staff are warm and friendly, and the number of Chinese students will be much less than that of other apartments.
ZHANG**
nice, very convenient to go out
NI**
There are free buses that other apartments do not have. They are located very close to aidl and lidl. They are across the road, except for the facilities that are a little long.

The equipment is complete, the school bus is very convenient, there is something wrong with the heating, and the sound insulation is very good.

There is a big gap with the picture. On the first day, I didn't find the right house. I waited for more than half an hour at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night before I checked in. The room was relatively clean. The kitchen was a mess made by others. It was dirty and speechless. There was no heating at the beginning. Later, I solved it myself. We still carefully considered choosing a room.

Can I cancel after making a reservation?
We have a 5-day "cooling-off period" policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease agreement and you haven't moved in yet, you can cancel. If the "cooling-off period" has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you fail to meet the entrance requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notice or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a suitable alternative tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification review. Once they're confirmed eligible, they can take over your lease agreement.
